What is Solé and how do I make a Solé Solution from Nirvana Himalayan Crystal Salt®?

A Solé (So-lay) solution is a therapeutic salt brine that is the fundamental mineral infusion for your body. Solé is an excellent product for balancing the pH factor of your body and has many other special properties that are attributed to Himalayan Crystal Salt, with some referring to Solé as ‘liquid sunlight’ or ‘liquid light-energy’.

To make your Solé simply add a small handful of our Solé chunks to pure, good quality water and allow 24 -36 hours for the salt crystals to dissolve and reach saturation point.
